Oria Restaurante presents a very fresh signature cuisine with a marked wink to the Basque Cuisine by Martin Berasategui and his head chef Xabi Goikoetchea, but also with a light influence of the Catalan cuisine and Mediterranean Sea.
Oria offers  la Carte Menu and two Tasting Menus, Tradition Menu and Itsasmendi Menu. On working days (Thursdays and Fridays) a shorter executive menu is also offered:, the Oria Formula.
The Tradition Menu is a journey to the origin of Martin Berasatagui’s cuisine by Xabier Goikoetxea. A journey that began together 15 years ago at the Martin Berasategui Restaurant, in Lasarte-Oria. This menú is a route through traditional Basque flavours without forgetting the Mediterranean enviroment near the restaurant, a menú that includes elaborations that harmonaise tradition and innovation.
The Itsasmendi Menu, sea and mountains in Basque, is the tasting Menu that exalts the flavours of the land and the sea, a menu that seeks the richness of local products, a culinary adventure with a strong Basque-Mediterranean accent. Itsasmendi is the menú that best captures the essence of Oria Restaurant.
